We offer appointments Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.45pm and do our very best to provide you with appointment times that suit your schedule.
We always try our best to assist you with an appointment on-the-day if you need to be seen urgently. These limited appointments are made available from 8.30am and are on a first-come first-served basis.

Do not attend Holt Medical Centre if you have, or suspect you have, COVID19. When making an appointment please inform our reception staff if you have any COVID19 or respiratory symptoms, or if you or a person you reside with has COVID19.
All appointment attendees with respiratory symptoms are required to wear a surgical mask to protect staff and others.
CHILDREN’S HEALTH – Baby health checks, childhood immunisations. Dr Boulton and Dr Evans have both completed further Paediatric study with a Diploma in Child Health from the Westmead Children’s Hospital and USyd.
WOMEN’S HEALTH – Cervical screening tests, sexual health screens, breast check, contraceptive advice, Implanon insertion and removal, menopause, pregnancy planning, and postnatal check-ups.
MEN’S HEALTH – Erectile dysfunction, incontinence, vasectomy referrals, mental health and sexual health screens.
CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT – We complete personalised care plans tailored to your medical situation to provide you with an action plan for your healthy living and to assist with your access to eligible Medicare subsidised allied health care sessions.
MINOR PROCEDURES – Implanon insertion and removal, skin cancer removal, ingrown toenail removal, and intravenous iron infusions

ADF FAMILY AND VETERANS SERVICES :
Holt Medical Centre understands the special circumstances associated with ADF Service and the demands placed on families and dependents. Our practice welcomes ADF dependents under the National ADF Family Health Program. If you intend using this scheme please mention it to our reception staff when booking.
Dr Boulton and Dr Evans have over 50 years of Defence service between them. They are both experienced in many aspects of Veteran’s health and can assist with DVA claims, Medical Impairment Assessments/Permanent Impairment Assessments, D904 referrals and ongoing care for DVA recognised conditions.
